Fostering friendship, support, empowerment, it is designed for modern daters to make sense of the chaos. Whether you are divorced, never married, or bereaved; recently broke up, swimming in the dating pool, or taking a break from it, Surfing Solo is for you.
What to Expect:

Sharing circle: An opportunity to share your current singlehood journey in a non-judgemental safe space of people with similar experiences.

Exploring themes: Small-group discussions as you deep dive with our facilitators holding space for banter, insight, and discovery. Together, we’ll explore the unique advantages and hurdles of singlehood acknowledging the moments of uncertainty or loneliness.

Conversations and snacks: Informal chats and snacks, bond with other single people, and ask the facilitators, Anu and Prerna, any questions about therapy and coaching. They believe in offering compassionate care rooted in integrity and expertise.
